Jacquart An intriguing novelty from Jacquart, a mono-cru cuvée from Villers-Marmery on the Montagne de Reims. The fruitiness on the nose is supple, ripe and crunchy at the same time. There is a spicy touch to the lemon confit and white peach nose. Lovely velvety texture on the palate with age-mellowed mousse and good concentration of fruit. The bright acidity tied to the suitable 7g/l dosage leads to a long finish. 2016
