- There is an earthy-spicy tone to this rich, full, oak-flavoured champagne. Ripe fruitiness and a mild oxidative note. The palate has plush red fruit presence and opulent, fleshy texture. This 2012 based cuvée was disgorged the day before, showing still slightly suppressed fruitiness.
