Alexandre Penet took over his family property in 2009. All of their six hectares of vineyards are located all in the prestigious grand cru terrains of Verzy and Verzenay, famous for zesty Pinot Noirs of great longevity. Alexandre blocks the malolactic fermentation, which further contributes to his wines’ bright and racy character. The sweetening dosage is minimal, so these are real hardcore Champagnes for aficionados.
