On 19th May 2017, The Finest Bubble are holding another unique blind tasting event at 67 Pall Mall. The tasting is a comparison of Blanc and Rosé Prestige Cuvée Champagnes from the same house. Rosé champagne is often overlooked and as such, we have handpicked some of our favourites for you to enjoy and judge at what promises to be an exciting event!

We will be tasting the Champagnes blind – Blanc first, then Rosé – so that you can decide without any preconceptions which you prefer, and live voting will show us the favourites as Essi guides us through the tasting. We will also be running a competition throughout the evening to see who can correctly identify the pairs and match the Blanc de Blancs and Rosé from the same Champagne house – prizes will be given!
The tasting will be hosted by Essi Avellan MW, who will have just completed her comprehensive book on Champagne. Finland’s first Master of Wine, Essi is the author of several wine books and is a reputed wine judge; we will hopefully have some copies of her new book at the event for her to personally sign for those of you who are, like us, completely obsessed with Champagne.
The venue will be 67 Pall Mall. Founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers, this unique private members’ club in the heart of historic St James’s is both luxurious and welcoming – affording members access to some of the finest and rarest wines in the world, direct from the club’s extensive cellars.
Tickets are available on a first come first served basis to 52 guests at £250.00 per person.
