Eric Rodez Deep, lemon-gold color. The overt nose is showing some evolution, too; wood, fireworks, pear drops, dried fruits, and acacia honey. Strict and brisk on the intense palate of racy tartness. Nice juiciness and salivating mineral freshness on the long-lasting linear finish. There is a mild, charred, woody marker to the ending. The fine acid structure is this wine’s best feature. 2024–28. 2016
