Welcome to the Grand Champagne Helsinki 2025 event – 10th anniversary!
Our top priority is to ensure that every guest can enjoy the bubbly world of champagne and spend time in good company, indulging in delicious drinks and food.
Below you’ll find tips to ensure a successful event weekend. We’ve compiled the most important information and tips for arrival and dress code.

The doors of the Old Student House are open as follows:
Thursday 24 April 2025 from 16-21
Friday 25 April 2025 from 15:00 to 21:00
Saturday 26 April 2025 from 12:00 to 20:00
Dress comfortably
At our event, you can be yourself and dress however you want! However, we know that choosing an outfit can sometimes be a tricky process. For inspiration, you can check out photos from our previous years’ events on our Instagrampage.
During peak hours, the temperature inside the Old Student House can rise, so we recommend considering this when choosing your outfit to ensure comfort. A coat check will be available where you can leave your clothes and belongings. If your Master Class lecture is held in Room 1, we recommend wearing long sleeves, as this room is often slightly cooler than the other rooms.
Remember to enjoy the event and the experiences it offers.

There will be plenty to taste, see and experience. Be brave, be curious and make the most of it. During the event, you can also still claim your place in the Master Class lecture. Tickets for the Master Class lecture can be purchased online or at the Ceesta stand in the main hall.
In the toilets you will find beauty products from Hiustuote.fi to keep your appearance in top condition throughout the day. So no need to carry your own beauty products in a small bag or toiletry bag.
Entry tickets
Advance tickets are still available for Thursday and Saturday at www.tapahtumat.ceestashop.fi. We also sell tickets at the door every day. As guests leave the event, we also release tickets for sale at the door.
The admission ticket includes a Lehmann Glass Opale 21 champagne glass, which will be given to you upon entering the event. You get to keep this glass as your own.
Master Class lectures
If you are attending a Master Class lecture, please remember that you must also have a ticket for the event. The Master Class lectures will take place upstairs in the Old Student House, where there are 4 tasting rooms. From the front entrance, the entrances to Halls 1, 3 & 4 can be found by going up the stairs on the left, while the entrance to Hall 2 can be found upstairs on the right. You can check the hall number of your Master Class lecture in the programme.
Our recommendation is to be on site 5min before the lecture starts. We do not recommend waiting to go upstairs any earlier than this, as the corridors to the tasting rooms are quite narrow and there will be event staff hovering around between lectures with boxes while the rooms are being cleaned and redecorated for the next lecture.
Arrival
The event venue is in the heart of Helsinki, and we recommend using public transportation. You can reach Vanha Ylioppilastalo with the metro and several tram lines.
If you are coming from further away, the event venue is within walking distance from the train and Kamppi bus stations.

Payment
At the Grand Champagne Helsinki event, you can pay with bank and credit cards, mobile payment tools such as phones and watches, and American Express cards.
Champagne and delicacies are paid at the exhibitors’ stands when purchasing tasting portions.

Our staff will serve and assist you with any issues throughout the event. You can recognize us, the Grand Champagne Crew, by our black shirts. Feel free to ask for help or more information!
