If you like bright, sophisticated and steely fresh Côte des Blancs chardonnay, pay a visit to Varnier-Fannière. It is no wonder that many have yet to discover Varnier-Fannière champagnes. Their fair four hectares produce 35,000 bottles a year, of which more than 60% is exported. The rest is sold to private customers, largely from the cellar door. Thus the best way to taste these champagnes is on the spot.
