The company was founded back in 1951 by Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset. Their son Dominique married Florence Launois and the couple has now given the reigns of the house to their daughter Cécile with her husband Vincent Bauchet. They have 20.7 hectares of vineyards, most of which are located in Côte de Blancs but they also have 7.30 hectares in Les Coteaux Sézannais. Despite some Pinot Noir grown in the Sézanne, some 80% of the vineyards grow Chardonnay.
