Louis Barthélémy is the Champagne venture of the Chancel family of Château Val Joanis in the Rhône Valley. It was the young Jean-Barthélémy Chancel who acquired and renamed Champagne Baudry Lebrun & Cie in 2002. Well-made, neat champagnes providing good value.
