This top-notch biodynamic producer cultivates their 15 hectares of vineyards in Cramant, Chouilly, Oger, Avize and Vertus. Conversion to biodynamics started in 2000, and the principles are followed 100% today with fine results. There is a feeling of transparency and purity in Pierre and Sophie Larmandier’s champagnes, brought about by the perfectly ripened, biodynamically nurtured grapes, fermentation with natural yeasts in tanks, oak barrels and oak vats, and low dosage.
