Big majority of Géraldine and Richard’s grapes come from their home village Écueil with one tiny part situated in the neighbouring Les Mesneux. Even the oak is local, the barrels having been made of trees from the Écueil forest! The duo has been in charge since 2006 with great progress being made installing a real terroir focus in the making. A single-vineyard Champagne is made from Les Chaillots and another dual-vineyard terroir cuvée from Les Chaillots and Les Hautes Vignes.
