Gremillet is a large 40-hectare family venture in Balnot-sur-Laignes on the southern outskirts of the Aube. Own production was commenced in 1979 by Jean-Michel Gremillet, and today his children Anne and Jean-Christophe are at the helm. They have purchased and planted a new walled vineyard named Clos Rocher in the very proximity of the cellars. The wine will be available to taste from 2019 onwards.
