Champagne Coessens is a recent venture by Jérôme Coessens, whose father owned the vineyards but sold the grapes from his six hectares. His best Largillier plot is three hectares and he uses half of this to produce a range of eight single-vineyardwines. The grapes from the remaining 4.5 hectares are sold to négociants.
