The Marguet grapes have been grown on biodynamic principles since 2009 (They possess Ecocert and Demeter certifications) and Benoît Marguet practises also aromatherapy in the vineyards. The family has 7.3 hectares left in Ambonnay and 0.7 in Bouzy after they decided to sell a large chunk of land to Krug in 2011.
