The eighth-generation grower in charge of this Marne Valley property is Benoît Déhu. Lots of character and interesting aromatics in these generally Meunier-dominant cuvées. The interesting novelty here is the single-vineyard cuvée La Rue des Noyers from a southeast-facing 1.7-hectare Meunier plot in Fossoy. Fine Coteaux Champenois blanc and rouge are made from the same plot.
